We'll discuss timing and the different design options established by your investment range. This gives us foundational information for your custom proposal, which will be based on your selections, design goals, estimated investment, timeline, and print quantities.

Booking

Our payment is structured in 3 parts:

  1. non-refundable retainer at the time of booking
  2. 100% production cost at each design stage
  3. Any remaining balance, including shipping fees (if applicable) are due before the end of the project.
 

03 —
Design

In the weeks approaching your reservation, we'll reach out to collect the information needed to start the design process.

You'll receive a welcome email with instructions to submit your content. We'll supply you with a spreadsheet for addresses and content forms to guide you in the creation of the text & customizations for your stationery. Once we have all of your design selections and text ready to go, we'll start customizing your design.

Revisions

We will follow up within 7 business days with a digital proof featuring your unique selections. We will present a focused presentation containing your customized pieces, with several subtle variations on text arrangements and styles.

You will receive 3 complimentary revisions any modification and minor edits to the text, layout, and color. Once everything is perfect and approved, we proceed to print.

 

05 —
Delivery

Once we receive your invitations from our trusted printers, we will make sure everything is carefully checked, and packaged to be securely delivered to you.

If your package includes complimentary mailing (signature services), we'll mail to your guests on your behalf and ship the extras and keepsakes directly to you.

 

06 —
Additional phases

If your proposal includes items that span save the dates, invitations, and wedding day papers, we will schedule these items as separate phases, each with its own timelines.

Once we've worked through the first phase, we will reconnect when we are ready to begin on the next set of papers in our collaboration. Each phase would essentially repeat the 6-8 week collaboration, and we will consolidate work when possible depending on when you are able to finalize menus,program details, place card names, and so forth.
